1-2-3 Sip! Cup is the only real training cup that helps a child go from drinking from a straw to a real cup. The child can start by sipping on the straw, which is soft and feels good for both the teeth and the gums, and then move on to drinking directly from the cup.

Start by attaching the soft silicone straw to the mug. Encourage your child to sip from the straw. The soft material is gentle on their gums and teeth. Monitor your child during this stage to ensure they are comfortable with the straw and can sip safely.

Once your child is comfortable with the straw, move on to the cap + spout opening. Remove the straw and holder and use only the cap that has a spout designed for small mouths. Teach your child to lean and drink from the cup with the lead of the spout. This step helps them develop the skill of drinking from a spout.

Once your child becomes proficient with the sippy cup, they can move on to using a real cup independently. Gradually start using the mug without the spout. Guide your child in learning to drink from the right cup. Provide support as needed until they can do it on their own.

All components can be used in a dishwasher, or washed by hand with detergent and warm water.

Wash thoroughly after each use and allow parts to dry completely before reassembling or storing. Use a soft sponge or brush to clean hard-to-reach areas.
