Miniware is a complete children's set that grows with your child's development. The unique modern design and smart accessories are long-lasting and environmentally friendly – ​​a win for both the family and the environment! We have added many features to Miniware to make it easy for babies and children to learn to eat independently. Miniware is also durable, can withstand enthusiastic eaters and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The sturdy suction cup helps children safely learn to feed themselves, reduces spillage and is removable when they're ready to take the next step. All our products are either made from 100% plant-based materials or food-grade silicone and are both microwave and dishwasher safe.

We use non-toxic, plant-based and all-natural materials to create our Miniware. Materials include: 100% food-grade silicone/ heat-pressed bamboo fiber/ 100% plant-based PLA/ natural Mao Bamboo/ 304 stainless steel.

Our suppliers meet both FDA (US Federal Department of Agriculture) and LFGB (German Food Contact Test) standards. All finished products are tested to ensure that the production process does not contain heavy metals or chemical additives.

PLA (polylactic acid) is a plant-based plastic substitute that is very durable yet environmentally friendly. The PLA used to create Miniware comes from root vegetables, a low-impact, renewable resource. No chemicals are used in the production of our PLA, making them 100% plant-based, food safe and non-toxic even when they break down during recycling.

First, we use renewable, fast-growing and low-impact plants such as root vegetables as our main materials, along with other natural, non-toxic resources such as silicone and stainless steel. Most significantly, Miniware products consist of a single material, not a mixture, allowing for simplified recycling.

Our production process does not add chemicals or heavy metals, allowing our products to degrade naturally and safely without contamination. Safe, non-toxic products create a microwave- and dishwasher-safe surface for healthy parents and children and do not risk releasing toxins mixed with food.

Miniware can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Avoid using the heated drying function/steam if your dishwasher has one to extend the life of the product. We recommend drying after washing and then letting it air dry. When washing by hand, a normal soft sponge is preferable as the product surface can be scratched by a coarse dish brush. Steel wool is not recommended. Clean before first use.

Yes, according to these instructions: make sure to fill the cup/bowl at least 3/4 or more, set to medium heat or lower, and heat for no more than a minute. Use at higher temperatures and/or longer than one minute may cause permanent damage to your Miniware!

We recommend that you heat food in the microwave in another container before using Miniware to feed small children, this helps ensure that the food cools down and avoids burning your child's mouth.

Our food grade silicone products are perfect for use in the microwave.

Stainless steel products are not suitable for use in the microwave oven.

Miniware's suction base works on lacquered wood, laminate, plastic, marble, glass or any smooth surface that allows a strong sealing relationship between the silicone suction cup and table, tray or kitchen island. For best suction results, rinse the suction foot before first use. Note: The suction foot serves as a safety measure to reduce messes and spills during the self-feeding learning process. Curious children can try to loosen the seal. Let them explore the base and they will eventually tire and start focusing on the food.

Our plant-based PLA tableware can be used as a normal tableware, so metal cutlery can be used. However, PLA does not have a unique anti-scratch function, so it is possible that small scratches will occur during use just like ordinary plastic. Unlike plastic tableware, PLA is a natural raw material with zero plastic components. Scratches in regular plastic tableware + heating of food produce toxic substances such as melamine, our plant-based, non-toxic children's tableware does not.

Miniware is designed with a 90° angle feature that provides a surface that makes scooping much easier for beginners! This subtle feature is great for helping self-feeders develop adult feeding techniques. Your child will be able to transition easily to adult dishes when the time is right.
We suggest introducing new self-feeders with Miniware's Sili Mini Go Max . The soft surface of the plate works well with a 90° angle so your baby can start practicing scooping with soft puree while using the long spoon head for feeding and switching to the shorter but wider spoon head for easy self-feeding.

The extra space offered by Miniware gives new self-feeders plenty of room to maneuver with small fingers or cutlery. The unique 'easy-to-scoop' design on both bowls and plates helps young children master the dexterity required to develop their eating skills. Small bowls create more mess and children quickly outgrow them. Miniware is suitably sized for all ages from babies to adults. Perfect for the whole family!

The color of PLA is mixed with tested natural food color. The paint will not stain the food and will not release any substances in contact with food. Due to the relationship between natural materials, our plant-based porcelain comes with slight color differences if you have purchased similar sets of our PLA tableware. Under the lighting of a fluorescent tube, e.g. then you will find that the dishes have a slight color difference, or the color of the PLA tableware will change over time. If you encounter these situations, don't worry, these are all natural phenomena that occur with natural materials.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and with tags still attached and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@miniware.com . If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Be aware that Miniware, like other naturally made, non-plastic products, are durable but may crack if dropped/hit on a hard floor or misused in a dishwasher or microwave.

• We will replace an item that had a hidden fault that occurred after use up to 90 days.
