SHIPPING WITHIN NORDIC AND EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays.
Items ship from Vaggeryd, Sweden.
Orders will be shipped to the customer's specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to shipping addresses entered incorrectly.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping cost within Nordic countries is: 3,40€
Total orders within Nordic countries of 35€ or more qualify for FREE shipping
Shipping cost within Europe countries are: 8,61€
Total orders within Europe countries of 78€ or more qualify for FREE shipping
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
Please be aware that Miniware, just like other natural made non-plastic tableware, is durable but may crack if dropped/thrown onto a hard floor or microwaved improperly. For more Miniware care information please take a look here.
We will gladly provide a refund for unused products returned within 30 days of purchase.
We are unable to accept returned items that have been used.
We will replace an item if it was damaged or had a clear defect upon arrival.
We will replace an item that had a hidden defect which appeared after usage up to 90 days.
Cracks and other damages from drops/throws are beyond our control and can not be replaced.
All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer.
If you received the wrong items, please contact email@example.com within 7 days after delivery date.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.
Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.
Please allow up to 10 days for refund processing.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and not eligible for return or refund.
All sale, clearance, and special promotion items are final sale.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item and we will evaluate the issue.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
