1. Tasty & healthy chia ice cream

It's fine to replace the mango juice with berries of your choice 🫐 If there is batter left over - refrigerate and eat like chia pudding!
Ingredients (approx. 10 ice creams)
- 2 dl coconut cream
- 1 dl proviva mango juice without added sugar
- 0.5 dl chia seeds
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp nut butter of your choice
Do this
- Mix all ingredients except chia seeds.
- Stir in the chia seeds and let stand for at least 15 min.
- Stir and pour into ice cream molds. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
2. Spicy beef patties

Ingredients
- Peanut butter 1.25 dl
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Honey (Should be avoided for 12 months) 0.5 dl
- Gingerbread spice 1.5 tbsp
Do this
Set the oven to 175 degrees. Stir all the ingredients together. Press out onto a sheet of baking paper. Bake for 10-15 min.
- Puff pastry 400 g
- Dates 6 pcs
- Almonds 0.5 dl
- Natural vanilla powder 0.5 tsp
- Water 0.5 tsp
- Butter 25 g
- Egg yolk 1 pc
Instructions
- Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature.
- Mix pitted dates, butter and vanilla.
- Finely chop the almonds and mix everything again.
- Cut the puff pastry into squares (about 12 pieces)
- Place a tablespoon of the date mixture in each corner and pinch again to make small balls/pirogues.
- Brush the knots with beaten egg, preferably mixed with the rest of the date mixture if there is any left over.
- Bake in oven until slightly golden - about 15-20 min.
4. Smoothie popsicle stick

Ingredients
- 1 dl frozen strawberries
- 1 dl coconut cream
- 0.5 banana
- 1/4 avocado
- juice from 0.5 lime
Do this
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into ice cream molds.
- Freeze for at least 3 h.
