1. Berry and Banana bonanza
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- Honey (optional, to taste)
Instructions:
- Peel the banana and put it in your blender.
- Wash the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and add them too.
- Pour in the orange juice and add the Greek yogurt.
- Blend until everything is smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more orange juice to reach the desired consistency.
- Taste and add a little honey if you think more sweetness is needed.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 apple, cored and sliced

- Place the spinach, banana, apple and pineapple chunks in the blender.
- Pour in the coconut water and add some ice cubes.
- Blend until everything is smooth. If it is too thick, add a little more water.

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

- Place peaches, carrot juice, vanilla yogurt and vanilla extract in the blender.
- Add ice cubes.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
