Here are some tasty smoothie recipes that are guaranteed to be popular with the little ones. They are packed with nutrients and most of all, they taste delicious!

1. Berry and Banana bonanza

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • Honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the banana and put it in your blender.
  2. Wash the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and add them too.
  3. Pour in the orange juice and add the Greek yogurt.
  4. Blend until everything is smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more orange juice to reach the desired consistency.
  5. Taste and add a little honey if you think more sweetness is needed.
  6. Serve immediately and watch the berry magic begin!

2. Green Monster Magic

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 apple, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup coconut water or plain water
  • Some ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place the spinach, banana, apple and pineapple chunks in the blender.
  2. Pour in the coconut water and add some ice cubes.
  3. Blend until everything is smooth. If it is too thick, add a little more water.
  4. Pour into a colorful glass and serve with a fun straw to make this green drink more appealing to kids.

3. Peach and Creamy Dream

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Some ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the peaches.
  2. Place peaches, carrot juice, vanilla yogurt and vanilla extract in the blender.
  3. Add ice cubes.
  4. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  5. Serve immediately in a tall glass, perhaps with a pinch of cinnamon on top for an extra fun touch.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

  1. Add mango, pineapple, banana and avocado to your blender.
